What makes Toto unique…
Parents in Toto is a place people can turn to for help as they navigate the challenges of Autism. Toto’s community center in Zelienople, PA provides two areas of assistance:
- support and resources
- skills and social engagement
These are delivered – at no cost – through support groups, young adult clubs, educational classes, referrals, and more. Individuals and families are embraced in a welcoming, non-clinical environment that meets them where they are and celebrates them AS they ARE. As a nonprofit organization, Toto relies on donor support to continue its work of empowering and enriching families, friends, and neighbors living with Autism.More about us

Parents in Toto has an Expanded Vision in 2020!
Happy 12 years old Toto! Krystin, Megan, Emma and Mary thank you for your trust in the programming and support offered over the years. In 2020, the center is blessed to provide expanded hours, a new family and staff support individual and more opportunities to participate in friendship groups throughout the week nights and weekends. New Board of Directors Cheryl Irwin and Vaughn Bicehouse along with Volunteer Cheryl Nutter add a spark to our dedicated team with BOD Don Brezina and Dave Hickey, and volunteers Linda McCormick, Valerie McMahon, Mimi Watt and Jim Davison. This is the year to focus your attention on the gifts at Parents in Toto!
